Butterflies

The ink used for this card is Versa Color in Seashell which was a lovely pastel to use. The topper is the Spellbinder Floral Oval and the corners |Marianne Creatables.

Sooo Special

The ink colour for this card is a Dew Drop in pearl lavender.  The die cut is the Cheery Lynn French Flair using three sizes.

Cream

The backing embossing folder used was from the Beatrix Potter range. The frame is Magnolia. The butterflies were a freebie received with a crafting item I purchased. Regrettably the colouring is showing much lighter than the actual card.

Precious

Red & White

I tried to do a complete white card for a change as I usually use inks but it did'nt quite workout, hence the red backing and pearls. The die is cut from the Cheery Lynn French Flair die which looks so delicate.  The Butterfly was courtesy of my sister Shaz's stash.

I can't think of anything better to be doing on this wet, windy day than sitting in the warm crafting. This card was made using the Spellbinder Floral Oval which is so versatile. The flowers are from my stash and the leaves cut with a magnolia die (courtesy of my sister Shaz).

Someone special.

Once again, Marianne Creatables dies have been used for all of the corners.  The ink is Versa Color in Seashell. It does not show very well in the picture however I used the hearts embossing folder on the backing (must learn to use the camera better)
My sincere thanks to all of you who have viewed my blog and special thanks to those of you who have left a comment.  As a first time blogger it is very encouraging to have some feedback.  Many thanks.

My bookmark

I am not sure about this card although I thought it might be nice to make something that someone could use.  Hence the bookmark.  The stencil for the top of the bookmark and the card was Anja from Marianne Creatables.  The colouring was Versa Magic - sea breeze. The leaves used were Marianne Creatables and the foliage from Spellbinders foliage and leaves die.

Key to my heart

This is especially for my sister Shaz as she prefers 'less is more'.  The backing paper is from a Melissa Frances pad 5th Avenue.  The Martha Stewart PATP - Deco fan was used on the backing paper also. The leaves were courtesy of my sister and are from Marianne Creatables - Forest branch.  I used Versa magic chalk ink in Pink Dust to highlight the stencil and the leaves.

Paper lace

This started out to be a lilac card and although I used Distress Ink Milled Lavender the colour came out Pink although I think the overall effect worked well. Embellished with flowers, butterflies, leaves, pearls and a metal charm.
Life without You.

I seem to be using the PATP stencils a lot lately however, they are so versatile. I cut out the centre and punched the corners before inserting in the centre again.  Embellished with Marianne Creatables die cut flower, butterflies and pearls. Coloured using Dew drop Brilliance Pearlescent Lavender Ink although the colour comes out more blue.
Love

I used the Spellbinders Nestabilities Fleur de Lis die and embossing stencil for this card. I just wish the stencil was bigger.  Although it does not show very well in the photo the inside of the card was decorated with the dots embossing folder.
In Blue

This picture reminds me of my daughter aged about 8. The backing paper is from my stock. Martha Stewart PATP in String lace was used and Spellbinders nestabilities for the image.  The image is stamped and coloured with pro marker pens.  The embellishment is from the Cherished Teddies range.
